By accessing or using Mindship, you agree to be bound bythese Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may notuse the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and yourcontinued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Mindship provides users with personalized AI-guidedbreathing exercises, wellness content, and resources designed to support mentaland emotional well-being. Mindship does not provide medical or psychologicaladvice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app should be used as a tool forrelaxation and personal growth but is not a substitute for professionalhealthcare.
Mindship is intended for users who are 18 years of age orolder. By using our service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enterinto this agreement.
You are responsible for any activity associated with youraccount. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up-to-date.You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accountinformation and for all activities that occur under your account.
Mindship offers wellness tools but is not a medical app.Please consult a healthcare provider before starting any new health-relatedpractice, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. If youexperience any discomfort while using the app, stop immediately and seekprofessional help.
To provide personalized breathing recommendations andwellness insights, Mindship uses third-party AI service providers, which mayinclude services such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and/or Anthropic. By usingMindship, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Whatdata is sent: Text inputs you provide (e.g., your messages, responses toprompts), your account identifier (if applicable), practice preferences, andusage data are transmitted to third-party AI providers.
- Whothe data is sent to: Data may be processed by one or more of the following AIproviders: OpenAI (openai.com), Google (Google Gemini), and/or Anthropic. Eachprovider processes data according to their own privacy policies and dataprotection standards.
- Purposeof processing: Data is sent solely to generate personalized recommendations andAI-guided content within the app. We do not sell your data or use it foradvertising.
- Yourconsent: By tapping “Agree” in the app’s “Before you continue” screen and bycontinuing to use Mindship, you provide your explicit permission for this datato be sent to third-party AI providers for processing as described above.
- Dataprotection: All third-party AI providers used by Mindship are required toprovide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Data is transmitted securely using industry-standardencryption.

Certain features of Mindship are available through paidsubscriptions. Subscription fees, terms, and cancellation policies will beclearly outlined at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unlessotherwise stated.
Mindship, including its content, software, and design, isowned by Mindship or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute,sell, or lease any part of our app without explicit permission from Mindship.
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limitedto:
- Interferingwith or disrupting the app or services
- Attemptingunauthorized access to other users’ accounts
- Usingthe app for unlawful purposes
Any violation of these guidelinesmay result in suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access tothe app at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriateconduct.
Mindship is provided “as is” and “as available.” To thefullest extent permitted by law, Mindship disclaims any warranties, express orimplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequentialdamages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any legalaction arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Mindship will befiled only in the appropriate courts within Ukraine.
